Course List

This list displays types of training courses. A course type must be logged here first before a session (or instance of that course type) may be recorded in the Training Schedule.

Filter options:

Filter	Selection type	Description
Status	Combo box	The current status of the course. Select from pre-defined options - Active, Inactive or All. Defaults to display Active courses only

Fields displayed:

Field	Description
Course Title	The title of the course
Description	A short description of the course
Duration (Hours)	The duration of the course
Status	The current status of the course (i.e. Active or Inactive)

You may change the sort order of records by clicking on the title of any column. Alternate clicking will change the sort order to ascending or descending. This will affect the sort order as viewed onscreen. It will not change the order permanently, or affect any reports generated.

For navigation to more records, the table has a Paging tool at the bottom.

Buttons:

Button	Function
Procedure	Opens your procedure for training
Edit	Edit the selected course
New	Add a new course
Close	Close the form

Functions menu:

The functions menu has options for the following

Item	Function
New	Add a new course
Edit	Edit the selected course
Delete	Delete the selected course
View Scheduled	Show the Training Schedule filtered for the selected course (You must first click in a course record to select it)
Attendance Query	Show the attendance at particular courses
