How to edit details of a training session

From anywhere in the application:

Step Action Result
1 Select menu item
—> Modules
—> Training
—> Training Schedule
A list of sessions already held or planned will be displayed
2 Select the relevant training session
3 Click Edit button The Session Details form is displayed

Enter / edit details as required - using the tabs to navigate to Attendance and Attachments sections as required.

To list attendees, click in the first blank record, and a drop-down list will appear for name selection. Repeat as necessary.

Note: Those listed as having attended a training session will appear in the results of relevant training attendance queries. If the training session is of a course type that has skills attributed to it, they will be identified as having gained the skills provided by that course. If a person scheduled to attend a training session did not actually attend it, or did not successfully complete it, their name may be removed from the attendance list.

The Attachments tab may be used to attach various associated records such as scanned in attendance register with signatures, test results, or notes made by the trainer.

5 Click Save button Saves the changes
6 Click Close button Closes the record. You are returned to the Training Schedule
