How to list a new type of training course

From anywhere in the application:

Step Action Result
1 Select menu item
—> Training
—> Course List
The Course List is displayed
2 Click New button A blank Course Details form is displayed
3 Enter the details for the new course
The cost fields are optional:
  • The Session cost field is used where the whole cost of a training session is attributed to your organisation - this is an overall cost for all attendees
  • The Cost per person field may be used instead of OR as well as the Session Cost. It may be used where the cost is attributed on a per person basis - such as when sending one or more attendees to an external course, or when the cost of a session is to be divided between attendees

The course title, duration, and cost details will be transferred to any sessions or instances of this course that are added to the Training Schedule. The cost fields may be adjusted at that stage.

4 Click Save button Saves the changes
5 Click Close button Closes the record
