Notes:

  1. Any User Account may be a member of any number of groups to give them the most suitable profile of access to the software.
  2. If a user is a member of a key-user group they do not need to be a member of relevant module-based groups that offer one of the same permissions e.g. a member of the Edit All Modules group does not need to be a member of any other Edit or Read groups
  3. If a user is a member of a module-based Edit group they do not need to be a member of the Read group for the same module e.g. a member of the Edit Actions group automatically has permission to read actions
  4. Access to certain records (such as Individual Development Plans) has additional protection beyond the above group assignments. See IDP (Individual Development Plan) Security Guide for more information.

Lite users

This is a special group of users that has Read permissions to the Documents module and may add an action via the button on the Main Screen only. Lite users may not be joined to other security groups, and are counted separately in licencing terms.
