How to delete a security user account

The following steps will delete a security user account. This process is not reversible, and when the account has been deleted, it will no longer be included in the count of your user licences. If the user is likely to require their account again in the near future, and you do not need to free up a licence for creating another security user account, you may prefer to use the process for making a security user account inactive instead.

From the Main Screen:

Step Action Result
1 Select menu item
—> Edit
—> Security 		Opens Security User Accounts list
2 Navigate to, and Click anywhere in the record of the security user account you wish to delete The selected record is highlighted in yellow
3 click Delete button Displays the 'Are you sure?' alert box
4 Click OK or Cancel Clicking OK removes the user account from the list - freeing up the allocation of another user account within the provisions of your licence
5 Click Save button Closes the form - confirming the deletion of the user account
