How to delete an existing IDP

The IDP form has some special security features to help maintain data integrity. These may impact on the activities listed below - see the IDP Security Guide for details.

From the Main Screen:

Step Action Result
1 Select menu item
—> Modules
—> People
—> People List 		The People List is displayed
2 Select the relevant employee and menu item
—> Functions
—> IDPs
 		That person's Employee IDP History form is displayed
3 Click anywhere in the relevant IDP record to select it The selected IDP is highlighted in yellow
4 Select menu item
—> Functions
—> Delete 		An alert box appears with a question "Are you sure you want to delete this record?"
5 If you do not wish to proceed with the deletion, click on the Cancel button. Otherwise, click the OK button Deletes the IDP
