How to create an IDP (Individual Development Plan)

The IDP form has some special security features to help maintain data integrity. These may impact on the activities listed below - see the IDP Security Guide for details.

From the Main Screen:

Step Action Result
1 Select menu item
—> Modules
—> People
—> People List
The People List is displayed
2 Select the relevant employee and menu item
—> Functions
—> IDPs
That person's Employee IDP History form is displayed
3a Click New button A new IDP form is displayed
3b Alternatively, select a previous IDP and click on the Copy IDP button (this will copy the Review Details section of the selected IDP for re-use)
4 Edit details as required
5 Click Save button Saves the changes
6 Click Close button Closes the record
