How to delete an Objective

Warning! This process permanently deletes the Objective from the Objective Register. Once deleted, it cannot be restored.

Note: To prevent accidental deletions and 'orphaned' attachments, a record may only be deleted if it has no attachments and is unlocked. Prior to attempting deletion, you should unlock the record, then check the attachments tab. If there are any attached documents, these should be deleted before deleting the Objective.

From the Main Screen:

Step Action Result
1 Click Objective Opens Objective Register
2 Navigate to, and select the relevant record  
3 Select menu item
—>Functions
—>Delete
Displays the browser alert box "Are you sure you want to delete this record?"
4 To proceed, click OK button Deletes the Objective from the Objective Register
