Meetings - Overview

The meeting module will help you to perform important functions related to meetings – preparing an agenda, inviting attendees, recording the minutes, assigning action points, and communicating the completed minutes. Meeting types may be formal reviews of your management system or general meetings on an unlimited range of topics e.g. projects, product design, sales, marketing, finance, various committees etc.

The primary component of this module is the Meeting Schedule. You may filter the schedule to display only those meetings that fit selected criteria. You may schedule new meetings, set a Default Agenda for each meeting type you create, complete a Meeting Record with minutes, replicate those minutes for future use, and communicate them by various means. From each agenda item in a Meeting Minutes you may generate an Action Form for detailed action planning / tracking.
