System Requirements

The following is a brief summary only of system requirements. These are subject to change, and system administrators should check with Qudos Technical for more details and updated information.

Client side:

  • Computer running Internet Explorer 9, 8, or 7
  • Monitor with minimum resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels
  • Email application e.g. MS Outlook
  • Other applications may be required to view documents loaded into the Master Document List or as attachments to records

Communications:

Broadband connection to server - minimum 512k - higher speed recommended.

Server side:

  • Server running MS Windows Server 2003 or later
  • IIS 6 or above
  • MS SQL Server 2005 or later
  • SMTP mail server
  • MS Dotnet framework 3.5
  • 150MB free space for application files, database and system documents
  • Additional free space as required for client data and stored documents

For hosted installations, Qudos takes cares of the server-side requirements.
