Document Deletion List

This list is like a recycle bin. It displays records that have been deleted from the Master Document List. The records may be left here, restored to their original place, or permanently erased from the application.

Fields displayed:

Field Description
Document Number A number / abbreviation to identify the document
Type The nature of the document e.g. procedure, form, letter etc.
Title The title of the document e.g. 'Training procedure'
Revision The incremented revision or version number for the document
Date The date it was last revised

You may change the sort order of records by clicking on the title of any column. Alternate clicking will change the sort order to ascending or descending. This will affect the sort order as viewed onscreen. It will not change the order permanently, or affect any reports generated.

For navigation to more records, the table has a Paging tool at the bottom.

Button Function
Procedure Opens your procedure for document management
Erase Permanently erases the document record
Restore Restores the document record back to the Master Document List
Close Close the form
