How to copy a benchmark assessment

This feature makes managing your score-based assessment program easier. It enables you to create a new assessment by copying the details of another.

From the Main Screen:

Step	Action	Result
1	Click Benchmark	Opens Benchmark Assessments List
2	Navigate to the assessment you wish to copy, and select it	Selected assessment is highlighted in yellow
3	Select menu item —>Functions —>Copy	Creates a new Benchmark Assessment with the current system date. Data for the following fields is copied across: Category Item numbers Item descriptions All score fields This new assessment may now be edited to suit
