Security User Details

This form is used to view / edit security details for an individual user. It may be accessed from the New and Edit buttons on Security User Accounts form. It is only accessible to members of the System Managers or Security group.

Fields displayed:

Field Description
User ID Text entry field for User's login ID
Person User's name
Date created When the user account was created
Date expires When the user account will expire
Logged in on Read-only field for information purposes. Shows time/date when the user logged in
Lite user Checkbox
Active Checkbox
Access to confidential actions - Global Checkbox
Access to confidential actions - own business unit only Checkbox
Group The main area of the form is for a list of groups which the user belongs to. All entries are blank by default - click in a row to activate it for editing
Password Password must be at least 6 characters including at least 1 number. The password is not actually displayed - but represented by a series of dots

Buttons:

Button Function
Remove group Remove the user from membership of the selected security group
Delete Delete the user account
Save Save changes
New Save changes, close the record, and open a record for a new user
Close Close the record
