Security User Accounts

This is a list of user accounts. It may be accessed from the Edit menu by those with appropriate security permissions.

The maximum number of user accounts that may be created is governed by your software licence. If required, your software licence can be very quickly increased. Contact sales@qudos-software.com for details.

The Guest Account is NOT included in the count of licenced users, and does NOT appear in the list of Security User Accounts.

Fields displayed:

Field	Description
User ID	User's login ID
Name	User's name
Active	Yes / No indicator
Lite User	Yes / No indicator
Confidential - Global	Yes / No indicator about permission to access confidential records
Confidential - Own business unit	Yes / No indicator about permission to access confidential records
Date created	When the user account was created
Date expires	When the user account will expire

You may change the sort order of records by clicking on the title of any column. Alternate clicking will change the sort order to ascending or descending. This will affect the sort order as viewed onscreen. It will not change the order permanently, or affect any reports generated.

For navigation to more records, the table has a Paging tool at the bottom.

Button	Function
New	Add a new user account
Edit	Edit details about the selected account
Close	Close the list

Licence indicators:

Field	Description
Number of users	The number of user accounts currently listed. This number is automatically incremented when a user is added to the list. It may not exceed the number of licenced users
Licenced users	The maximum number of user accounts that can be listed. This number is automatically displayed to match the licence held by your organisation
Number of Lite users	The number of Lite user accounts currently listed. This number is automatically incremented when a Lite user is added to the list. It may not exceed the number of licenced Lite users
Licenced Lite users	The maximum number of Lite user accounts that can be listed. This number is automatically displayed to match the licence held by your organisation
