Login Issues
Troubleshooting the login process
Login result: Invalid Password OR Unable to connect to database. Press F1 for Help
This error message will occur if an invalid User ID or Password is typed.
It may also occur if the computer is not connected to the server containing the
database, or if the database server is not running.
Note: A user ID is not necessarily a name, but an identity issued by your system administrator.
The most common cause of entering an invalid User ID is simple keyboard errors. Try again. If the problem recurs, check the User ID with your system administrator.
The most common causes of entering an invalid password are simple keyboard errors, and incorrect case. The password field is case-sensitive, so check the CAPS LOCK key and try again. If the problem recurs, ask your system administrator to change the password.
Login result: Invalid login! User (User ID) has already logged in
As a security measure, each user may only be logged in once at any time.
Unless the user has logged out, the same User ID may not be used to log in again.
