How to copy a risk assessment

This feature makes managing your risk assessment program easier. It enables you to create a new assessment by copying the details of another.

From the Main Screen:

Step	Action	Result
1	Click Risk	Opens Risk Assessments List
2	Navigate to the assessment you wish to copy, and select it	Selected assessment is highlighted in yellow
3	Select menu item —>Functions —>Copy	Creates a new Risk Assessment with the current system date. The following fields are copied across: Category Item numbers Hazard descriptions Risk descriptions Initial values for Likelihood Initial values for Consequence Initial values for Risk levels Controls required This new assessment may now be edited to suit
