Dashboard

The dashboard adds a powerful business intelligence feature to Qudos 3. There are options to generate a graphical display of data in Pie chart or Bar chart format. Charts include:

  • Actions by Business Unit, Location, Type, How raised, Main issue, Status, Issue, Assigned person, and Year / Month
  • Injuries by Business Unit, Location, Nature, Mechanism, Agency, Bodily location, Treatment, and Lost time by Year / Month
The charts are extremely configurable. With just a few clicks, you can drill down to get fast answers to critical questions in colourful graphic and tabular formats.

The Dashboard may be accessed from the Navigation panel on the Main Screen or from the Quicklinks menu. The Navigation panel button is:

From the Main Screen:

Step Action Result
1 Click on the Dashboard button Opens the Dashboard in a separate browser window
2 Double-click on the chart you want to see Displays default report
3 Select any required filter options at the top of the page, and click the Go button Displays customised version of the report. This may quickly be made available to your colleagues. See Sharing information: Exporting, Emailling, and Printing Reports
