How to run a query on IDP Action Plan progress

The IDP Query Builder allows progress to be queried on IDP Action Plan items.

Select menu item:

—> Modules
—> People
—> IDP Queries

Access is restricted to Team Co-ordinators / Team Leader - only allowing a Team Co-ordinator to see records for which he/she is the person concerned or named Supervisor. Selection options include:

  • Employees
  • Core skills
  • Status (Any action plan item, only those achieved by due date, those achieved after due date or not achieved)
  • Dates From and To
  • A choice of active or inactive action plan items

Click Search button to see the resulting query.

The resulting query may be printed, exported or sent to a recipient as an email attachment. Click Print button to see a print preview, and make your selection.
