How to make an IDP Action plan item inactive

After an IDP is completed, it may be that circumstances change and a planned action is no longer relevant or necessary. In this event, the Inactive box may be checked. However, please note that if an item is made inactive, you must state a reason in the corresponding text field. If you fail to do so, the application will generate an alert to remind you.

The process of making an item inactive may be reversed. Simply uncheck the Inactive box.
