How to send meeting notice and agenda

From the Main Screen:

Step Action Result
1 Click Meetings Opens Meeting Schedule
2 Navigate to the relevant meeting record, and select it The selected record is highlighted in yellow
3 Click Edit button Opens the selected Meeting Minutes form
4 Select menu item:
—>Functions
—>Email Agenda to Attendees
Email form appears with default entries in the Subject and main text fields, and known attendee email addresses in the 'To' field.
5 Click radio button to select whether to send attachment in RTF or PDF format  
6 If an attendee from the People List does not have an email address previously logged in the Qudos software, the 'To' field will have 'Not specified' listed for them. You need to enter the recipient's email address in place of 'Not specified'.  
7 If required, the email text may be edited  
8 Click Send button Sends email
