How to delete a meeting from the schedule

Warning! This process permanently deletes the Meeting Minutes from the Meeting Schedule. Once deleted, the record cannot be restored.

Note: To prevent accidental deletions and 'orphaned' attachments, a record may only be deleted if it has no attachments and is unlocked. Prior to attempting deletion, you should unlock the record, then check the attachments tab. If there are any attached documents, these should be deleted before deleting the Meeting Record.

From the Main Screen:

Step Action Result
1 Click Meetings Opens Meeting Schedule
2 Navigate to the relevant meeting, and select it  
3 Select menu item
—>Functions
—>Delete
A dialog box is displayed, asking: "Are you sure you want to delete this record?"
4 Click OK button Deletes the meeting record
