Document Revision History

This form appears when you choose a document in the Master Document List and Select menu item Functions / Revisions. It displays a detailed record of the revision history of the selected document.

The top section of the form displays information about the relevant document. The main section lists it's revision history.

Top Fields :

Field Description
Number A number / abbreviation used to identify the document
Type A category of document e.g. procedure, form, letter etc.
Title The title of the document e.g. 'Training procedure'
Revision No. The revision being described in this record
Revision Date The date of the revision being described in this record

Main Fields (Revision history):

Field Description
Revision No. The revision that is described in this record
Details What was revised
Authorised by Who authorised it
Date When did the revision take place
Reason Why was the revision made

New Record a new revision to the document
Edit Edit the selected revision
Close Close the form
