How to delete a document from the Master Document List

Note: This process does not delete actual document files from your server. It only moves the document record from the Master Document List to the Document Deletion List until it is restored or erased.

From the Main Screen:

Step Activity Result
1 Click Documents Opens Master Document List
2 Click anywhere in the chosen document record Selects and highlights the record
3 Select menu item Functions / Delete Opens Confirm Deletion form. This describes the document record you are about to delete
4 Check that it is the correct document, and Click Delete button Opens Deletion Authorised By form
5 Enter name and date in the appropriate fields, and click on OK button Deletes document record from Master Document List, and adds it to the Document Deletion List
