How to schedule an audit

From the Main Screen:

Step Action Result
1 Click Audits Opens Audit Schedule
2 Click New button Opens a new, blank Audit Record
3 Enter details of the audit:

  • The 'Audit title' field is free text entry. This may be used to describe a procedure / process / activity or other basis for the audit
  • The 'Scheduled date' is entered using the Calendar Tool
  • The Doc. No. and Doc. Title fields do not need to be completed - they are only used when the audit was scheduled as a document review
  • All other entries are by making a selection from the drop-down combo boxes, or pop-up forms
 
4 Click Save button Saves changes
5 Click Close button Closes the Audit Record and returns you to the Audit Schedule. Provided the appropriate filter settings are selected, the new audit should now be visible in the Audit Schedule.

It will also appear in My Status Report for both the nominated Auditor and Contact Person
