How to find an audit in the Audit Schedule
By default, all audits are displayed for dates within a time period that has been pre-set by your system administrator. To search through the schedule, you may use the paging tool at the bottom of the list. For a more sophisticated approach, the Audit Schedule offers various filter options. This enables you to define parameters that will filter the records displayed down to just one or more audits that you are currently interested in. Make your choices from the selection tools at the top of the Audit Schedule, and click the Search button.
- Audit Issue e.g. OHS or Environment may be selected from the drop-down list
- Audit Type e.g. Process or Contract may be selected from the drop-down list
- Business Unit may be selected from the drop-down list
- Location may be selected from the drop-down list
- Status may be selected from the drop-down list
- An Auditor may be selected by typing the name, clicking on the drop-down list, or via the pop-up form. The list of people is automatically restricted to those that have been nominated as auditors
- The Score option is selected by typing in a minimum score in the 'Score From' field, and a maximum score in the 'Score To' field. Scores should be between 0-100
- The Time period option is selected by using the calendar tool in the 'Date From' and 'Date To' fields
- A free-text keyword search may be used in the Audit Title field
Once you have found one or more audits that meet your search criteria, click anywhere in that list item to select it, and click the Edit button to open it.
Note: When filter options have been applied, any reports generated from the Print menu will reflect the selections made. This offers an excellent, dynamic reporting facility. See Sharing information for further guidance.
Click the Reset button to restore the default filter settings.
